Ways to Evaluate and Purchase Our Products

The best way to decide upon which products are best for you and then to purchase them is to visit our well-equipped showroom.  Use our catalog or this web site to identify items of interest.  Our experts are available to help you based, on a solid understanding of hearing problems and the specific items that will help.  In many cases, we have demonstration equipment that you can use to evaluate its usefulness for your specific problem.  We also provide individual instruction on the use and care of our products.

We offer many other assistive listening devices that are not listed in our catalog.   However, we do not sell normal hearing aids.  If we do not have what you are looking for, we will research and order if for you at no extra charge.  We do maintain an inventory of the more common items.  However, some devices require a custom order.  We will handle such orders, and notify you when you item arrives.  

Phone Orders

We will advise you of our stock status and prices when you call.  If you wish to order, we will hold the items, and ask you to send payment (see below) including shipping charges.  Shipping (and packing) charges for most items is $7.00.  We will ship your order immediately upon receipt of your payment.  It is sometimes convenient to place a phone order, and then pick it up at our showroom. 

Mail Orders

Mail orders require a good specification of the items desired (as described on this site) and inclusion of the stated costs plus shipping costs  (usually $7,00).  If you are not sure of your total, send a little extra, as any excess will be returned to you.

Payment

We do not accept credit cards in order to maintain a low price for you.  Cash, money orders and certified checks are accepted,  A reasonable deposit is required for items that we do not stock and therefore order specifically for you.

Return Policy

If the equipment does not meet your needs, ABH has a 14 day return policy.  Please note that all returned equipment must be in new working condition, with all documentation included in the original box and packing materials.  Returns that do not meet this requirement will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
